Classic Game Room HD reviews BATTLE MONSTERS for the Sega Saturn video game console! This game from Naxat Soft and Acclaim was released in 1996 for the Saturn and is a 2D digitized fighting game similar to Mortal Kombat.
The CGRHD Battle Monsters review has gameplay footage of Battle Monsters being played, this game is extremely fun and cheap as dirt today! Fight as a variety of freak goons in a Dark Realm somewhere in a Dark Kingdom... or is it the other way around? Either way, there is a Dark Throne awaiting you after you defeat your opponents in Mortal Ko.. I mean BATTLE MONSTERS! If you enjoy campy science fiction, Clash of the Titans and 2-D fighting games this game should make you very happy. It is silly button mashing at its finest and actually really enjoyable. If you have a Sega Saturn and the need to kick some freakshow lunatics back to whatever universe they came from, then hunt down a copy of Battle Monsters for the Sega Saturn today!
